went out last night for the first time in like 3 weeks. almost danced and my kidneys didn't even hurt and therefore it may be time to unleash the "Slip'N'Slide" again... Also began work on writing pop songs, among other unimportant things like applying to Grad. school.

Got to see Jonathan Safran Foer read at the Chop Suey on thurs. and then Chomsky on Wed. @UW.
Both were brilliant.
Friday=pure fun. broken counters and caperades with very good people.
Sat.=fun but also kind of dramatic, not in a bad way though. Just in the way that I threw up @4am and then attempted to drink more.
Sun=mass-rad. Watched the final episodes of Season 1 Arrested Development and then saw Amityville Horror. I gots ta say it was a good day, I didn't have ta use muh AK.

3:50pm: No-Pantsism
If Murph. gets a philosophy, I think I should too. It would be part Marxist (of the Althusserian kind,)in that "pants" represent societal shackles and hegemonic apparatuses to be cast off and part French Poststructuarilist in a playfully debaucherous yet erudite critique of self-reflexivity and representation :)

Got to hang out with mini-mav (my lil' sis) fri. night. Took her to the cha, met all the good people, took shots, took her to Kevin Willis's art show, then to Hot Mama's for pizza and Linda's for Jeager Bombs. 'Twas awesome.

Sat. was Cap. Hill check masters annual night and we got to spend $400. It was way out of control! Shots, yelling, dancing, Bloc Party, After Party, WAY WAY OUT! Oh, and my friend chris got into nyu...

So I was too sick to read anything smart yesterday so I picked up David Sedaris. I am a little better today and it is a little less interesting... I will say though, no matter what state, Holidays on Ice is genius!!!
